抽筋（muscle cramp）

何謂抽筋？

抽筋是指一肌肉突然地強力收縮或緊繃而產生不適疼痛感，通常這會持續幾秒鐘到幾分鐘，並且在強烈發作之後，痠痛仍會持續幾個小時

 

何時會抽筋？

抽筋常常因為以下原因而產生：

運動、受傷或過度使用 (exercise, injury, or overuse )

溫度劇變 (large changes in temperature)

攝水不足 (dehydration...

輪椅體驗心得報告

 
 
當我坐上輪椅，我走入了別人一直生活在的世界
但你的想像遠不及親身體會
原來，他們的世界是如何被壓縮......
 
下課鐘聲巧妙的響起，我坐上輪椅推出教室，外面吵雜的人聲漸漸淹沒了我，旁人目光的焦點瞄準了我，他們的眼神透視過我的心，我變得不敢直視旁人，可是，無奈的我並沒有做什麼壞事，我想他們心中應該想著，這個人怎麼會坐輪椅呢?是真的還是假的呢?還有，他的輪椅怎麼這麼酷炫啊!...
