抽筋(muscle cramp)

何謂抽筋?

抽筋是指一肌肉突然地強力收縮或緊繃而產生不適疼痛感,通常這會持續幾秒鐘到幾分鐘,並且在強烈發作之後,痠痛仍會持續幾個小時

 

何時會抽筋?

抽筋常常因為以下原因而產生:

運動、受傷或過度使用 (exercise, injury, or overuse )

溫度劇變 (large changes in temperature)

攝水不足 (dehydration)

血鹽過低 (low blood salt)

 

如何治療抽筋?

伸展 (stretch)

按摩 (massage)

熱敷 (heat application)

Hold-relax (PNF technique)

讓抽筋肌肉於關節受限角度下作等長收縮6-10秒後,請病人完全放鬆, 之後作一被動伸展至新受限角度,如此重複作3-5回可迅速減輕症狀
